The head of the Ukrainian delegation at Riyadh Rustem Umarov's negotiations confirmed the achievements of the agreements with the United States to ensure the safety of transportation in the Black Sea and issue a complete ban on energy infrastructure.
“All parties agree to ensure safe navigation, stop using force and prevent the use of commercial courts for military purposes in the Black Sea <...>. All parties agreed to introduce the President's agreement with relatively adequate ban on attacks on Ukraine and Russia's energy infrastructure, ”he wrote in X.
