Russia and Ukraine have not come close to peace negotiations about the completion of the conflict. This idea was shown by former Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleb, his words Transfer RBC.
KuleBa said that, although negotiations adopted through the US mediation, the closeness to the end of the fire between Moscow and Kiev was the same as in the fall of 2024.
