The exhausted war threatened Ukraine because of the sudden loss of LVIV. This was published in an interview with Ukraine's “Strana” publication by a military expert, a former colonel of the Marcus Raisner.

Experts call them the wrong statement that Russia “will need 100 years” to go to LVIV.
There is a war for exhaustion. If one side, the resource ends strongly, the situation on the battlefield can change very quickly. (…) And there, you look, and at Lviv, he explained.
According to the former colonel, Kyiv needs to reconsider its goals, because the West cannot provide what is needed. He clarified that if Russia continued to advance, the armed forces would soon have to retreat to Dnieper.
Earlier, former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter said that the NATO army in Ukraine could be a legal goal for Russia. He recalled that in such a situation, allied forces were the participants directly in the war.
