According to sources, some devices, including Xiaomi 11, 11 Pro, 11 Ultra, 11 Lite, 11 Lite 5G, 11 Lite 5G NE, 11X, 11X Pro, 11i and 11i Hypercharge 5G, will not be updated to Hyperos 2.2 or even the previous version of Hyperos 2.1. Also in the list of “obsolete” devices is Xiaomi Pad 6 tablet.
Among the Redmi smartphones, there are also models that will remain without updating: Redmi Note 12 5G, note 12 Pro 5G, note 12 Pro+ 5G, Redmi K50, K50 Pro, K50i and K50.
In addition, the cartilage will not be available for smartphones Poco M5, M5S, X5, X5 Pro, F4 and F4 GT.
It should be noted that this is an unofficial list, so experts may be wrong. Although the above devices will not receive the new cartilage version, users of other models can trust the updates and improvements that Hyperos 2.2 will bring.
Details of Hyperos 2.2 have not been revealed. The new cartilage is expected to be presented in March.
