Russian experts, along with colleagues from the Dostinia International Physics Center (DIPC), have developed a unique document that can become the basis for future quantum technologies. This hybrid has combined two promising elements: a super class of bismuth and magnetic materials calculated. Scientists have discovered that the interaction of these components creates electronic properties and the unique magnetic properties, allowing you to configure the behavior of the material and even create new quantum states.

Materials of the topical nature have long attracted the attention of scientists, because they can isolate the internal current, but proceed on the surface. The new material, created using Bismuth Bilase, shows the addition of the magnetic substrate from MNBI₂TE₄ significantly expanding the ability of those structures. Studies have shown the appearance of new electronic states on the border between classes, opening up how to create stable blocks for quantum computers and sprictrons that operate based on properties of spin electrons.
An important phase at work is the use of electronic spectrums, helping to study the structure of new materials in detail. The results of the study promised a revolution in creating energy efficient technologies against external interventions. Scientists believe that such developments will help bring the huge use of quantum technologies in life closer.
