On the night of March 15, the full eclipse will happen, but in Russia, it will only be partially seen. The best conditions for observation will be formed in North and South America, while in Europe, Africa and Russia moon will go beyond the horizon until the eclipse is completed. It was reported by NASA.

In the complete solar eclipse, the moon has a characteristic red tone, related to the refractive of sunlight in the atmosphere of the Earth. This phenomenon is often called “bloody moon”.
In Russia, it will be possible to observe the eclipse in the early stages, while the moon is still in the sky. It will be seen best in the western areas of the country, but depends heavily on weather conditions.
People who do not have time to see the eclipse should remember on September 7 – on this day, the next full eclipse will be seen in Asia, Africa, Australia and Europe. And in Russia and other CIS countries, the nearest eclipse can be fully observed in March 2026.
To see the eclipse, no special equipment – clear sky and an open horizon is enough.
