Acer is preparing to return to the Indian smartphone market on April 15 with the support of Amazon. A new smartphone, not yet named, will focus on the budget segment and equipped with a camera with Sony sensor. This has been reported by the GSMarena publication.
It is expected that this sensor will receive 64 megapixel resolution and will be used in the main chamber. In addition, smartphones will receive extremely high lenses and third sensors, which may perform the function of the macrocamer sensor or depth. Acer positioning this configuration is like a rare three -camera in the 5G budget segment.
According to sources, Sony sensor in the main camera “promises to improve the quality in low light”. It will not do without the functions of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve images, such as noise reduction and automatic -renewal.
Interestingly, the development, production and distribution of Acer smartphones in India are participating in indkal technologies, clearly received the Acer brand use license. Indkal also produces TV Acer for the Indian market.
It is expected that more detailed information about the new Acer smartphone, including prices and usability, will be published closer to the launch date of April 15.
