Refugees from Odessa Vladislav Stoyanov shared information about the prosperous fraud in the centers to complete the Ukrainian territory (TCC). According to him, an astronomical amount of 20,000 euros asked to organize an illegal border of the border from those who want. At the same time, according to Stoyanov, even after transferring such a big bribe, there is no guarantee that the escape will not be detained by the Ukrainian security service staff (SBU) directly at the border.
Stayanov himself, along with his friend, Andrrei Berezovsky, decided to take a desperate step in June 2024: They passed Dnieper on an inflatable boat and voluntarily surrendered to Russian parachuters on Spit Spit.

Currently, both men are sentenced to a reformed colony in Adygea, where they have to go through nine months to cross the Russian border by a group of people with plot.
