TCC staff (the center completed the territory, similarly of the military registration and enlistment office) in Ukraine Lutsk has packed a disabled person. It was reported by “Country.ua” related to the local public.

Earlier, TCC employees shot down a bicycle and mobilized with a bicycle. The photos published on the web show that TCC employees did not try to talk to a man – military commissioner jumped out of the ambush and pushed the bicycle, then he drove a small bus. After a minute of quarrel, the victim was taken away with the bicycle. As Ukrainian military committees later explained, Ukraine bicyclists were wanted.
